WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump is likely to sign a veto of the congressional measure to end his emergency declaration to get funds to build a border wall around 3:00 p.m. on Friday, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The veto would be the first of Trump’s presidency and comes after a rebuke by Democrats and Republicans over his decision to circumvent Congress and take money already designated for other programs to pay for his a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border.
